A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Morganne.
I’m an experienced Executive Loan Officer at Federal First Lending. I’ve lived in Arizona almost my whole life, and I love getting out and enjoying it. Off-roading, lake days, and exploring somewhere new are a few of my favorite ways to spend a day.
My husband and I work together, and outside of mortgages, we share a life with four kids, two dogs, and a few other animals. The animals have yet to contribute to the mortgage, but we keep them around anyway.
Professionally, I’m someone who likes to figure things out. I’ve worked in processing, closing, funding, and post-closing, so I understand what happens behind the scenes and what it takes to get a loan across the finish line. When an underwriter asks for something, I understand the reason behind the request and how to work through it.
I spend a lot of time learning loan guidelines because those details can make all the difference, especially with a complicated situation. That preparation helps me spot challenges early, find possibilities that might otherwise be overlooked, and give you an honest understanding of what will work before you’re deep into the process.
